This is Module 4 of our DJ course which is delivered 1 on 1, face to face at one of our studios we have available (in the north of England) by one of our experienced DJ trainers. This session is intended to follow on directly from "Learn to DJ - Module 3". In this module we look at some higher skills and "tricks" to demonstrate a deeper knowledge of the craft and really get the crowd going. Note: this session teaches advanced hands on DJ'ing skills as well as well as touching on music theory as far as it relates to DJ'ing. You will leave with a certificate acknowledging your attendance. After this session you will be crossing into expert territory by applying music knowledge and DJ'ing skills. Prerequisite: People attending this session MUST have either attended Modules 2 and 3 or be VERY capable of preparing performances and mixing music using modern DJ'ing equipment. Note: this is a basic underpinning knowledge session and does not teach hands on music production skills. This session is the final module in our "Learn to DJ" course. In this module we look at some of the practical, legal and less talked about elements of becoming and being a professional. We will focus on who you want to be as an artist and how your behaviour and appearance can effect what you do. As part of this service you will be provided with a bespoke Booking Agreement (Performance Contract) to use when agreeing the terms of your performances with clients. Note: this is an underpinning knowledge session and does not teach hands on DJ'ing/performance skills. You will leave with a certificate acknowledging your attendance. After this session you will be able to demonstrate professionalism with promoters and other artists. Minimum Age: 16 (please contact us direct to discuss teaching children under the age of 16).
